Mikaella Psillidou is the Managing Director of Mikaella Psillidou LLC, a boutique law firm based in Cyprus, focused on international business law, blockchain and financial regulation, corporate advisory, and private client services. With over 17 years of legal experience, Mikaella has held senior roles in prominent legal and corporate institutions.
Her practice covers a wide range of areas including regulatory compliance, MiFID II, investment firms licensing, AML/CFT, EU Allowances trading, company and commercial law, trusts, and banking and finance law. She regularly advises on complex cross-border transactions, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, M&As, and trust structures for international clients.
Mikaella holds an LL.M. in International Business Law from the University of London and is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association, STEP Cyprus, Rotary Nicosia, and other international professional associations. She is also certified as a Money Laundering Compliance Officer (ICA) and actively participates in international legal conferences and industry summits.
